Looking for a new challenge? Have warehouse experience you'd like to share? Well at Movianto Daventry we are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader! You will be working Monday to Friday, and will be paid £27,676.94 per annum, plus a night shift allowance of £975.00 per annum.

Purpose of the role:
To ensure that the daily workload is completed to the required standard, with the labour required and within the agreed timescales.
How you'll make an impact as a Warehouse Team Leader at Movianto:
- Promote a culture of safety and engagement by actively supporting teammates and ensuring adherence to all relevant procedures, including legal, environmental, ISO, SOP, WI, security, and health & safety standards.
- Serve as the first point of contact for warehouse operatives on your shift, ensuring effective communication, prioritising workloads, and meeting departmental SLA, KPI, and RCA service levels.
- Report daily activities and operational issues to the Government Contacts Manager, participating in management meetings, site walk-rounds, and assisting with audits as needed.
What it will take to thrive at Movianto:
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in an FMCG environment, with basic man-management and team-building skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience handling disciplinary procedures.
- Self-motivated team player, with a focus on delivering and managing KPIs and taking personal responsibility for high-quality work.
- Demonstrates honesty, credibility, punctuality, and awareness of customer satisfaction, showing interest in meeting customer needs.
