As the UK Security Manager, you will be an expert on security, loss prevention, investigations, and overseeing the safety and security of Movianto UK employees. You will be based at our Bedford site, with nationwide travel. You will be working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) on an annual salary of £55,000.00 per annum.

Purpose of the role:
It involves developing and managing security strategies, ensuring appropriate physical security measures, investigating incidents, and maintaining a secure working environment across all Movianto UK locations. The UK Security Manager will collaborate closely with Facilities, Operations, Quality Management and RPs to uphold a robust quality management system in line with pharmaceutical regulations, including GDP and GMP.
How you’ll make an impact as a UK Security Manager at Movianto:
- Security Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures. Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability evaluations to identify potential security threats and risks. Monitor the threat landscape and intelligence. Develop and manage emergency response plans and procedures.
- Operational and Performance Management: Oversee the daily operations of the security department, ensuring that security personnel are effectively deployed.
- Incident Management: Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, conducting investigations and coordinating with law enforcement as necessary. Maintain detailed records of security incidents and actions taken, preparing reports for senior management.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Prepare and present regular reports on security status, incidents, and improvements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with all stakeholders.
