Purpose of the role

You\’ll lead the development and implementation of validation strategy across the Movianto UK business, supporting our broader quality function and embedding validation excellence in every corner of our operation. From process qualification and equipment validation to regulatory readiness and compliance, your work will help ensure that critical healthcare products are distributed with the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

How you\’ll make an impact as a Quality and Validation Manager at Movianto:

  • Leading and overseeing validation activities for facilities, equipment, computer systems and processes
  • Ensuring full compliance with GDP, cGMP and relevant ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485)
  • Developing and maintaining the company\’s validation framework and policies
  • Supporting regulatory, client and ISO audits, and managing validation-related non-conformances
  • Providing guidance and training to internal teams on validation requirements and standards
  • Driving continuous improvement and integrating quality risk management into key processes
  • Representing Movianto in meetings with the MHRA, clients and other regulatory bodies
  • Supporting the potential development and leadership of a validation team

What it will take to thrive as a Quality and Validation Manager at Movianto:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Extensive experience in validation or quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or medical device industries
  • Strong working knowledge of EU cGMP (especially Annexes 11 & 15), GDP and ISO standards
  • Familiarity with Computer Systems Validation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience of managing projects or teams
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to stay ahead of changing regulatory landscapes
  • Willingness to travel nationally, with potential for occasional European travel
