Are you a QHSE professional with a passion for safety and compliance? Do you want to play a key role in helping us deliver healthcare safely and effectively? Movianto UK is hiring a QHSE Advisor!
This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours a week. As this is a regional position, regular travel to allocated sites will be required.

Purpose of the role
As a Regional QHSE Advisor, you will support our operational sites to ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards. You will help foster a proactive safety culture across the business, ensuring our people, products and patients remain safe.
How you will make an impact as a Regional QHSE Advisor at Movianto
- Act as the key point of contact for sites, providing guidance on health, safety, quality and environmental matters
- Carry out site visits and support practical safety improvements such as traffic management and manual handling assessments
- Develop and review safe systems of work, risk assessments, COSHH documentation and safety campaigns
- Support accident and incident investigations, identify root causes and corrective actions, and liaise with external bodies where required
- Deliver training and mentoring to local teams, creating engaging training materials to build capability
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including Operations, Warehousing, Fleet, HR, and Facilities to drive improvements
- Conduct internal audits to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, raising nonconformances and supporting sites to close corrective actions
What it will take to thrive as a Regional QHSE Advisor at Movianto
- Proven experience in a warehousing, transport, fleet or pharmaceutical environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and investigations
- A hands-on, collaborative approach to safety with a focus on reducing incidents
- Good working knowledge of health, safety and environmental law and regulations
- Proficiency with compliance systems, auditing, documentation and training tools
- A clean UK driving licence is essential
Professional qualifications
- Minimum: NEBOSH General Certificate (Level 3) or Level 3 NVQ in Health & Safety
- Desirable: Internal ISO Auditor (ISO 9001/14001/45001), IOSH, IEMA, DGSA, or working towards a Diploma in OH&S / Level 6 H&S NVQ
