Movianto UK is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join the Lutterworth team!
You will be supporting government healthcare contracts and ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient distribution of products.
You will be working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week) on an annual salary of £49,500.00 per annum.

As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence, meeting contractual service levels, maintaining regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement, and leading a high-performing team to support customer and business objectives.
- How you'll make an impact as a Warehouse Operations Manager at Movianto:
- Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring customer and contractual requirements are achieved while maintaining high standards of service, quality and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice), MHRA requirements, health and safety legislation, and all company policies and procedures, maintaining operational readiness for customer, regulatory and internal audits.
- Lead, coach and develop warehouse teams, promoting operational excellence, employee engagement and a high-performing culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including service levels, productivity, inventory accuracy, quality and cost performance, taking action where required.
- Oversee inventory control and all inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound activities, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, compliance and customer satisfaction, while supporting the implementation of new contracts, systems, processes and operational projects.
- Manage resource planning, labour allocation and budget controls, working collaboratively with transport, quality, customer services and contract management teams to deliver seamless customer service.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, maintain business continuity and contingency plans, and investigate incidents to implement corrective actions and embed lessons learned.
Support the implementation of new contracts, systems, processes, and operational projects as required.
- Promote a positive safety culture, ensuring all employees work in a safe and compliant environment.
- Provide regular operational performance reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- What it will take to thrive as a Warehouse Operations Manager at Movianto:
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, distribution and supply chain processes within a regulated environment.
- Understanding of GDP (Good Distribution Practice), MHRA requirements, quality management systems, health and safety legislation and healthcare logistics compliance.
- Experience managing government, public sector, NHS or highly regulated customer contracts.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budget management, resource planning, cost control and using operational data to drive performance improvements.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams while promoting teamwork, engagement and inclusion.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, regulatory bodies and internal teams.
- Ability to make effective decisions under pressure, manage multiple priorities and respond positively to changing business requirements.
- Strong customer focus with a proactive, results-oriented approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
