Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with the capability to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the purchase ledger, staff expenses, and indirect procurement systems, while ensuring robust financial controls, accurate cash flow forecasting and reporting to senior finance leadership? This is a hybrid role, with four days in the office and one day homebased. You will be working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) on an annual salary of ยฃ45,000.00 per annum.

Purpose of the role
This role will work collaboratively with all departments in Movianto UK to ensure its financial health, manage risks, analyse financials, and develop our people and processes to be \โ€Best in Class\โ€ always striving for Continuous Improvement.

How you\โ€™ll make an impact as an Account payable Manager at Movianto

Lead and manage the Accounts Payable function, driving standardised, compliant purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes across the business.

Implement and monitor automated KPIs and exception reporting to improve performance and support process automation.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, credit notes, adjustments, and monthly supplier statement reconciliations.

Train and challenge stakeholders to raise accurate and timely POs and GRNs in line with the full P2P process.

Manage supplier accounts, including debit balances and pro forma/on-account invoices.

Own the month-end open and close process for Accounts Payable, Cash & Bank, and Purchasing, including audit support.

Oversee cash management and forecasting (daily, monthly, annual), collaborating with global teams to manage cash pools effectively.

Apply strong technical expertise in AP and P2P systems (Oracle EBS or SAP Concur desirable), with advanced Excel skills, effective stakeholder communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and multicultural environment.
