You will be working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) on an annual salary of £34,938.82 per annum.

Purpose of the role
The DCS is responsible for leading and ensuring all daily requirements of the site are met. Leading by example and empowering all teammates to ensure consistent high levels of safety, service and compliance across the site. The DCS is also responsible for leading an inclusive culture and always embedding the Movianto Values. This role's focus will be operational compliance, adhering to the set standard operating procedures and processes, health and safety and transport legislation.
How you'll make an impact as a Distribution Centre Supervisor at Movianto
- Day to day manager of site, including but not limited to effective route building, maintaining Depot Dashboard, managing scanning and assume DCM role as required.
- Creating a best-in-class environment, empowering all Movianto Values.
- Establish high health and safety standards and all Standard Operating Procedures are met.
- Monitor systems (Verilocation, TMS, Convey, Fleet Check).
- Provide clear reports on operational performance.
- Coordinate vehicle scheduling and ensure timely service.
- Foster strong inter-department relationships to optimise performance.
- Prioritise HR activities, including absence and disciplinary management.
- Lead, motivate, and engage your team to achieve success.
- Analyse KPI data for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate time and attendance records through iTrent (HR Management System).
What it will take to thrive as a Distribution Centre Supervisor at Movianto
- Must hold a UK driving licence.
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and transport operational systems.
- Working knowledge CPC or advanced knowledge of transport legislation.
- Proven leadership and logistics experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
- Experience in a medical or pharmaceutical environment (desirable).
