Job Info:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
- Location: Remote
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturday when needed)
Experience needed: 2-3 years in fitness training ideally with injury prevention and recovery coaching.
Requirements:
- Must have a genuine and authentic passion for helping people hit their goals & have a great experience.
- Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement specific coaching methods.
- 2-3+ years experience in the fitness/coaching industry.
- Great communication skills & Emotional Intelligence.
- Some experience with calisthenics/gymnastics/bodyweight strength and flexibility training is preferred but not essential.
- Must be tech-savvy — use tools like Everfit, Zoom, Loom, and Slack.
Responsibilities:
- Performing bi-weekly check-ins and providing updates to clients on a regular basis.
- Having 1-1 calls with clients on a regular basis.
- Having weekly group coaching calls with clients.
- Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently.
- Be in charge of building a positive community with your clients and holding clients accountable.
