Job Info:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
  • Location: Remote
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturday when needed)

Experience needed: 2-3 years in fitness training ideally with injury prevention and recovery coaching.

Requirements:

  • Must have a genuine and authentic passion for helping people hit their goals & have a great experience.
  • Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement specific coaching methods.
  • 2-3+ years experience in the fitness/coaching industry.
  • Great communication skills & Emotional Intelligence.
  • Some experience with calisthenics/gymnastics/bodyweight strength and flexibility training is preferred but not essential.
  • Must be tech-savvy — use tools like Everfit, Zoom, Loom, and Slack.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing bi-weekly check-ins and providing updates to clients on a regular basis.
  • Having 1-1 calls with clients on a regular basis.
  • Having weekly group coaching calls with clients.
  • Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently.
  • Be in charge of building a positive community with your clients and holding clients accountable.
