What makes us great is you, so we\’re searching for more brilliant people, with remortgage experience and great client care skills, to be part of our team.The Role As a Support Case Manager at ONP you\’ll have the chance to:Own your success: Ensure effective holiday cover on live remortgage cases to ensure seamless progress and in doing so shaping the client experience and driving positive outcomes.Challenge yourself: Tackle complex legal aspects of the remortgage process, expanding your knowledge and sharpening your skills.Join a winning team: Be part of a collaborative, high-performing group known for innovation and exceeding expectations.Grow Your Career at ONP: We\’re proud to offer a structured career path for you to build your career and grow as a person, whatever that looks like for you.Key Responsibilities Overseeing ad hoc case progression with the aim of maintaining service levelsMonitor and deliver fully against personal and business targetsIndependently establish priorities and manage deadlines, ensuring that all files are progressed in a timely manner whilst the case manager is otherwise engaged and providing comprehensive handover as requiredResponsible for dealing with complex aspects of any remortgage transactionProvide an exceptional service both to the client but also to introducers and associatesDeal with complex enquiries on transactionsRecognise potential risks and resolve issues without putting the client or business at riskResponsibility to ensure that all files being overseen are maintained in good order in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA\’s) and in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirementsEnsure detailed telephone notes are maintained throughout time spent providing cover and dealing with emails and telephone calls in a timely mannerEnsure that all files are billed correctly with the appropriate fees and on completion funds are sent to the correct placeOptimise the client experience through use of our conveyancing systems and technologySuggest improvements to current policies and proceduresAny other duties as required by the businessThe Person We\\\’re looking for a skilled Case Manager with preferably around 2+ years\\\’ previous experience.An Enthusiastic team-player and natural self-starter able to work on own initiative.The Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.Strong attention to detail and verbal and numerical skills.
