Role
Movera are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to join their Partnerships and Growth Team. In this role, you’ll help build strong, personable, long‑term relationships with our partners, who include leading banks, building societies, broker and estate agency networks and panel managers across the UK. Working closely with our Relationship Director, you will:
- Build meaningful connections: Nurturing and maintaining positive relationships with our partners and introducers.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Stay informed about the goals, priorities and evolving needs of our partners and their markets.
- Identify opportunities: Spot opportunities to enhance our services and to work collaboratively with our partners to strengthen our service propositions and expand our reach.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Relationship Management
- Develop, own and deliver tailored Account Management Plans and Relationship Strategies for assigned partners.
- Drive timely, relevant and coordinated activity to strengthen partnerships, maximise collaboration, and support sustainable growth.
- Act as the senior escalation point for partner queries and issues, ensuring effective resolution and relationship protection.
Partner Engagement & Governance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner interactions, coordinating and hosting regular face‑to‑face meetings, visits and calls.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contractual obligations, performance metrics, pricing structures, KPIs and SLAs.
- Monitor partner performance against agreed metrics, identifying risks, issues and opportunities for improvement.
Change Management & Collaboration
- Work closely with partners, internal teams and stakeholders to plan, coordinate and deliver partner‑driven and internal change initiatives.
- Ensure changes and regular updates are communicated effectively, delivered to agreed timescales and remain within agreed budget.
- Proactively identify and champion opportunities for improvement and enhanced collaboration.
Audit & Due Diligence Oversight
- Manage partner‑led and internal due diligence processes, audits and ad‑hoc information requests.
- Ensure all audit outputs are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines, maintaining high standards of governance and compliance.
Reporting & Insight
- Produce timely, accurate management information and performance commentary.
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to provide context, insight and actionable recommendations.
- Use data and feedback to inform decision‑making and performance improvement.
Person Specification
Essential Experience & Knowledge
- Proven track record of success in account and relationship management within the legal services or property sectors.
- Strong understanding of residential conveyancing and remortgage operations, including regulatory and legal requirements.
- In‑depth knowledge of the customer, lender and referrer journey within residential conveyancing.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and managerial capability, with experience working collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
- Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret performance data, market trends and client feedback.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and accountable, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel frequently as required.
