The Role

Following our tailored 4-week onboarding and training programme, you'll join one of our conveyancing teams and manage a varied caseload of:

  • Freehold
  • Leasehold
  • New build
  • Shared ownership

Your caseload will be aligned with your experience and your progression. With our bonus scheme, you can earn an additional £12K-£15K, on top of your base salary. We're proud to offer a clear, structured career path, giving you the support and tools to grow in the direction that's right for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process the sale/purchase from instruction through to completion liaising with all parties to include mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors and clients throughout the transaction.
  • Proactively communicate and build strong relationships with clients and third parties keeping them regularly updated of progress.
  • Provide an exceptional service both to the client, introducers and third parties.
  • Recognise potential risks and resolve issues without putting the client or business at risk.
  • Ensure that all allocated files are maintained in good order in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and issue contract papers on any related sale.
  • Thoroughly deal with any sale enquiries.
  • Analyse search results.
  • Display exceptional organisation to target matters for exchange and completion at the start of each month in line with KPIs.
  • Liaise with mortgage lenders regarding drawing down client funds.
  • Dealing with exchange of contracts and legal completion.

What you'll need

  • At least 2 years of Conveyancing experience, managing your own caseload.
  • A passion for delivering excellent client service.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
