ONP Solicitors, part of Movera, is looking for a Conveyancing Trainer to join our award-winning L&D Team and deliver exceptional training across our offices. This is your opportunity to bring your technical expertise, communication skills, and love for learning together in a role that makes a real difference.
This is a full-time office based role, based from Stockport & Leeds, with the requirement to travel nationally on occasion. Flexibility to travel is essential.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Deliver engaging, hands-on training on conveyancing systems and processes—both face-to-face and virtually.
- Lead our Group Welcome Event, supporting all new joiners as they start their journey with us.
- Design and deliver training materials that support technical development across the business.
- Work alongside subject matter experts to ensure content is current, relevant, and effective.
- Support, coach, and mentor new and experienced Property Lawyers to reach their full potential.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating and enhancing training based on feedback and business needs.
- Keep training records up to date and support reporting via our learning management system.
What we\’re looking for:
- A strong understanding of the Conveyancing process, with previous extensive experience managing a Conveyancing caseload.
- Strong technical skills with extensive experience of managing complex files including Shared Ownership and New Build essential.
- Confident presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels.
- A passion for learning and a desire to help others succeed.
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
