The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing ad hoc case progression with the aim of maintaining service levels.
  • Monitor and deliver fully against personal and business targets.
  • Responsible for dealing with complex aspects at any level of remortgage transaction.
  • Provide an exceptional service both to the client but also to introducers and associates.
  • Responsibility to ensure that all files being overseen are maintained in good order in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure that all files are billed correctly with the appropriate fees and on completion funds are sent to the correct place.

About You

  • We’re looking for a skilled Technical Case Manager with demonstrable experience covering ALL levels of cases.
  • An enthusiastic team-player and natural self-starter able to work on own initiative.
  • The ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and verbal and numerical skills.

This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday. Flexibility in day-to-day task management.
