PSP Association (PSPA) is seeking a Helpline Care Navigator for the South and South West region. You will provide compassionate, information-rich support to people affected by PSP & CBD via phone and email, engaging with health professionals and local services to strengthen awareness and referrals.
The role is a full-time permanent contract with a 6-month probation, based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working and one day in the office weekly. Salary £27,500 per year plus benefits.
