We are partnering with a leading British retail company. The company is embarking on an exciting period of growth and transformation, driven by an ambitious five-year plan and a new creative vision. This is a unique opportunity to join them at a pivotal moment, following the relocation of their office to a fantastic location in central London.

As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in aligning business needs and solutions with strategic objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business and externally, you'll act as a link in translating business requirements into actionable solutions. Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand how practices and processes support the business model.

  • Identify and communicate potential risks, ensuring their assessment and mitigation.
  • Pinpoint opportunities for business improvement, aligning outcomes with service vision and strategy.
  • Support the design of new business processes, conducting analysis to optimise performance and efficiency.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations around project scope, budget, and timelines.

We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented professional with a strong grasp of business processes and stakeholder management.

Minimum of one year's experience in a Business Analysis, project, or technical role.

Experience as a BA across the full project lifecycle, not just IT.
