Solutions Architect – CLM Deployment, Power BI, Excel

Location: London Hybrid

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: 2-Year FTC (with strong potential to become permanent)

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the deployment of a CLM for one of our clients based in the US. This role will be located in the UK and sits within their Legal and Procurement Systems team, which is part of their wider Enterprise Technology division.

You’ll play a leading role in shaping the architecture, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and invoicing systems, and driving technical excellence throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the CLM infrastructure, modules, and dependencies.
• Leverage prior experience to manage upstream/downstream impacts.
• Take a consultative approach to design, aligning technical requirements with business use cases.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and cross-functional architects for holistic solutions.
• Create and review architectural documentation to support business requirements.
• Conduct smoke tests, optimise builds, and support UAT with test cases for technical builds.
• Communicate technical changes and their business impact clearly to stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies

Technical:

• 4+ years as a CLM Solution Architect in an implementation capacity (must-have).
• Experience with integrations across CLM/CRM/Invoicing technologies.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; working knowledge of PowerBI and reporting tools.

Soft Skills:

• Results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
