You will take ownership of a high‑profile national digital and data platform across its next phase of development for a major collaboration and insight service across the UK. You’ll guide the platform through an important period of evolution—balancing stability, security, and strategic growth—while working closely with senior leaders, technical teams, and engagement functions.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and communicate the product vision and roadmap
  • Lead backlog management and coordinate internal/external delivery teams
  • Oversee platform stability, security, and incident management
  • Work closely with stakeholders and engagement teams to align development with user needs
  • Track KPIs and ensure the platform delivers measurable value

Experience

  • Strong experience as a Product Manager for digital/data platforms
  • Technically fluent (MongoDB, AWS, Java, JS/TS)
  • Confident working at both strategic and hands‑on levels
  • Skilled in backlog management, prioritisation and stakeholder communication
  • Experience in public sector or regulated environments
  • Experience stabilising platforms or leading operating model transitions
  • Background in data-rich or ecosystem products
