We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud infrastructure engineer to join a global leader in software solutions for automotive finance, leasing, and fleet management. You will be delivering innovative, scalable platforms that enable the business to manage complex processes efficiently and support critical cloud infrastructure initiatives.
Role Overview: As an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Engineer you will design, implement, and optimize the OCI environments for enterprise-grade workloads. This role requires a strategic thinker who can advise teams, ensure best practices, and deliver robust, secure, and scalable cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Design: Develop and implement OCI architecture for enterprise and regulated workloads. Design multi-tenancy and compartment strategies aligned with security and compliance requirements.
- Networking & Connectivity: Configure and manage OCI networking components (VCNs, DRGs, hybrid connectivity). Implement secure and resilient connectivity between on-premises and OCI environments.
- Security & Compliance: Establish and maintain a strong security posture across OCI environments. Implement identity and access management, encryption, and compliance controls.
- Operational Excellence: Advise internal teams on OCI best practices, governance, and optimization strategies. Support migration and modernization initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders. Provide guidance rather than just ticket execution—drive strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- OCI Architect Professional and/or OCI CloudOps or DevOps Professional
- OCI Migration Architect Professional
- OCI Security Professional
- OCI Networking Professional
Experience: Minimum 5 years hands-on OCI experience in production environments. Proven track record of delivering enterprise or regulated workloads on OCI. Deep expertise in: OCI networking (VCNs, DRGs, hybrid connectivity), multi-tenancy and compartment strategies, security posture management in OCI. Strong advisory and communication skills. Ability to influence and guide teams toward best practices.
