I am looking for a passionate data analyst who can bridge the gap between finance and technology to deliver data-driven insights. It is a very dynamic team where you will have an impact from day 1 in helping build automated, reliable financial data solutions that power strategic decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain finance-focused data pipelines and integrate financial systems with company data sources.
  • Build finance-specific data models for revenue, margin, and cost analysis.
  • Partner with FP&A and product data teams to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
  • Automate workflows and support finance system integrations.
  • Design dashboards and analyses to enable key financial and business decisions.
  • Maintain governance, documentation, and quality standards for financial datasets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or BI roles (fintech or SaaS preferred).
  • Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with ETL/ELT tools are essential for this role (dbt).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and BI tools.
  • Ability to translate finance requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts (P&L, cash flow, reconciliations, loan portfolios).
  • Degree in computer science, data engineering, or related technical field.
  • Experience integrating finance/business systems (ERP, billing, payments) is a plus.
