Lead Ruby Engineer This is a permanent position, working on a predominantly remote basis (potentially ad hoc business critical meetings in London). Candidates must reside in the UK. You will be working on a large, complex Healthtech platform, building in Ruby on Rails, Javascript and React – providing technical leadership in terms of design, architecture and approach – whilst mentoring a small team of ambitious Engineers. The right candidate will of course have expertise in back end development using Ruby on Rails, but more importantly can design technical solutions, taking into consideration scalability, security and latency.
