Senior Implementation Engineer opportunity on an initial 12 month Inside IR35 contract. You will be working for a leading Telco company being responsible for the delivery and management of their active platform portfolio across the UK. You will be required to travel to different sites 2/3 times a month.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop regional deployment capabilities to support new builds, migrations and network augments
- Design and standardize physical installation packs and deployment processes
- Integrate new resources into existing network, ensuring seamless configuration and inventory management
- Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes with a focus in automation and data integrity
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality network installations
Requirements:
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with electrical cabling/wiring systems
- Knowledge of commissioning tools and network technologies (Layer 2 & 3, Ethernet, IP)
- Strong Excel experience and an understanding of Salesforce
- A passion for continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Ability to mentor junior members of the team
