This position requires you to have an active SC Clearance or be eligible for one, also is hybrid 2/3 days a week in Cheltenham.
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to identify, develop, and capture new opportunities within the business unit and you will be reporting to the Head of Business Development. The role focuses on growing business across Government defence and security stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support strategy and growth planning across defence and security clients
- Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers
- Develop insights into customer needs, buying cycles, and decision processes
- Collaborate with corporate account managers to strengthen client engagement
- Manage and prioritise pipeline opportunities, ensuring accurate CRM tracking
- Provide clear reporting for leadership briefings and marketing support
- Lead regular new business and pipeline reviews
