About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in aligning business needs and solutions with strategic objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business and externally, you'll act as a link in translating business requirements into actionable solutions. This role demands a strong analytical approach, exceptional communication skills, and a focus on process improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand how practices and processes support the business model.
- Identify and communicate potential risks, ensuring their assessment and mitigation.
- Pinpoint opportunities for business improvement, aligning outcomes with service vision and strategy.
- Support the design of new business processes, conducting analysis to optimise performance and efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder expectations around project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Support staff and teams in implementing recommended changes, including issue resolution.
About You:
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented professional with a strong grasp of business processes and stakeholder management.
- Relevant BA certifications.
- Minimum of one year's experience in a Business Analysis, project, or technical role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience as a BA across the full project lifecycle, not just IT.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
