Are you ready to take ownership of critical infrastructure projects and help shape the future of IT services? We’re looking for 2 experienced Infrastructure Engineers to join a forward‑thinking organization that values innovation, sustainability, and employee wellbeing. One will be on prem focused with the other being Cloud Azure based.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and manage on‑premise servers (Windows), virtualization (Hyper‑V), and cloud infrastructure (Azure).
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across all systems.
  • Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance, including patching and updates.
  • Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and report on performance and improvements.
  • Provide out‑of‑hours support on a rota and travel to various UK locations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with Windows Server (2012–2019), AD, DNS, DHCP, Failover Manager.
  • Hands‑on expertise in virtualization (Hyper‑V), backup solutions (Veeam), and Azure management.
  • Solid networking knowledge (Firewalls, VLAN, CIDR, VRRP, etc.).
  • Experience with disaster recovery implementation and testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and deadlines.
