Men are dying too young – and it doesn’t have to be that way. Around the world, men are facing a health crisis: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and suicide. At Movember we’re on a mission to change the face of men’s health by making it easier for men to talk, act and live longer healthier lives. Every project, every campaign, every idea adds up to real change. You’ll be part of a purpose-fueled crew who believe making an impact and having fun should go hand in hand. Your mission is calling.

Your Mo-Mission (should You Choose To Accept It)

At Movember, every pound raised, every donor thanked, and every supporter who feels genuinely seen is a step closer to changing the face of men's health. As our Fundraising Operations and Stewardship Executive, you're the engine room behind that experience. You're the person who makes sure everything runs cleanly, accurately, and warmly, so our fundraisers feel the love at every touchpoint.

Day to day, you'll be the first port of call for our incredible community of donors and fundraisers, handling enquiries with care and keeping our Salesforce data in great shape. You'll process payments, manage gift aid, produce reports, and help ensure our stewardship plans, from thanking campaigns to print and merchandise fulfilment, land on time and on budget. When November comes around, you'll step up alongside the Head of Fundraising Operations to train and support the campaign operations team, bringing structure and steadiness to one of our biggest moments of the year.

Beyond the campaign itself, you'll get your hands on meaningful work across challenge events and multi-market reward and incentives programmes, contributing ideas that help us retain and grow our supporter base across the UK and Europe. You'll be someone who takes real pride in the detail, because here, the detail matters. Every report, every response, and every perfectly timed thank you is part of how we show up for the men we exist to serve.

No Moustache Required - But The Following Are

  • At least one year of experience in a fundraising, customer service, or operations role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of stakeholder
  • Strong organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and meet deadlines
  • A sharp eye for detail and a high degree of self-motivation and initiative
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Adaptable and flexible in your approach, with a genuine willingness to roll up your sleeves when it counts

Not Mission Critical - But For Extra Bonus Points

  • Proficiency in French, particularly useful for supporting our European fundraising markets

Good Cause

Working for Movember, you’ll help turn ideas (and moustaches) into millions for men’s health. Every bit we raise changes the face of men’s health by funding research, improving treatments, and supporting programs that help save lives. We’re even shaping government policies on men’s health worldwide. By meeting directly with lawmakers, and helping them understand how more investment on men’s health benefits not just men, but all the communities they serve.

Good Vibes

We love weekends. That’s why our Fridays finish early for nine months of the year. But we also love our office vibe. Because here, it always feels like something big is about to happen. Be it an office-wide surprise birthday party (with cake!) or an open invite for all to hit the pub. Come the hairy season, the energy cranks up. We’re talking celebrity visits. Live stunts on-site for TV and radio. And when we hit a fundraising milestone, the office gong might even go off. But, for those who prefer calm, no probs: hybrid working means you work where you feel best.

Good Crew

Spoiler alert: we’re a no-ego, all-impact crew. That means everyone gets a say, from new starters to those leading the charge. Collaboration over hierarchies, curiosity over rigid process. And it’s true across all our offices worldwide. We work as one, sharing expertise and celebrating wins. All in the name of making the biggest impact across the globe. United, we Mo.

We Offer

  • Hybrid/Flexible working – we offer our team a split of home and office working
  • 13 weeks paid Parental Leave and 6 weeks annual leave
  • Health Cash Plan – to support the costs of everyday healthcare needs (dental, optical, wellbeing)
  • An Employee Assistance Programme offering face to face counselling, plus legal and financial support
  • A fun stimulating and collaborating culture, with company events
  • Service awards after 3, 5 and 10 years
  • Committees to join – Culture team, Equity Diversity & Inclusion
  • Bike to work scheme
