The Manager, Men’s Health Promotion (Young Men) is responsible for managing Movember’s men’s health promotion programme across markets, focusing on young men as the target audience. Young men can experience distress and marginalisation due to stresses during adolescence, leading to increased risks of poor mental health. This initiative will harness media, partners, and online talent to engage men with health content that helps them navigate life challenges and live longer, healthier lives. This role involves developing, designing, and delivering our global young men’s health promotion programme. It requires close collaboration with internal Movember functions worldwide, including Research, Marketing and Communications, Partnerships, Advocacy, and MEL. The Manager will report to the Director of the Global Men’s Health Promotion Initiative and will line-manage the project coordinator based in the UK. Over time, the role will contribute to building Movember’s approach to health promotion, ensuring consistency across markets and portfolios, with a focus on lived experience at the centre of all activities. This position is part of the Men’s Health (Community & Online) portfolio within the Movember Institute. For this role, you’ll need: 5-7+ years of experience leading creative marketing and media campaigns, ideally health-related, on social media channels. Knowledge of using communications and media to achieve health behaviour change, including designing interventions with behaviour change techniques (e.g., the COM-B method). Experience building strong relationships with external partners such as creative agencies, researchers, evaluators, and media outlets. Ability to work with evidence data and social research to inform program or campaign design. Effective communication skills across all organisational levels. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail. Team player attitude, adaptability, and self-motivation. Willingness to work occasional evenings and attend global calls outside regular hours. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Desirable: Experience designing and managing health or social policy campaigns in a global, matrixed organisation. Experience working directly with content creators and talent managers. Experience developing health campaigns with subject-matter experts, especially engaging men. Experience working with youth audiences. We offer a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic work environment with benefits such as flexible working, parental leave, health support, and more. Join us to make a real impact on men’s health and be part of a passionate team dedicated to doing good. #J-18808-Ljbffr
