Your Mo-Mission (should you choose to accept it): This is an opportunity to help deliver impactful young men’s mental health programs across mainland Europe. You’ll work with leading sporting foundations, delivery partners and health organisations to implement evidence‑based programs that improve the lives of young men and their communities.

  • Lead implementation of Movember’s Young Men’s Health initiatives across mainland Europe, particularly within the Sports Health portfolio.
  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of programs and projects across planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with sporting foundations, community organisations and delivery partners across Europe.
  • Act as Movember’s key implementation contact for young men’s health programs in‑market.
  • Support the rollout and expansion of Movember Ahead of the Game across mainland Europe.
  • Monitor program performance, quality and KPIs to ensure successful delivery against agreed outcomes.
  • Support implementation budgeting, reporting and operational planning.
  • Work closely with fundraising and marketing teams to support funding opportunities and partner engagement.
  • Champion implementation best practice, continuous improvement and effective project management approaches across markets.
  • Support embedding implementation science approaches, tools and frameworks into program delivery.
  • Travel regularly across mainland Europe to support partnerships and program delivery.

No Moustache Required – but the following are:

  • Fluency in French, Dutch or German (this is an essential requirement and will be tested in the interview process).
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering complex projects specifically within mental health, public health or community health sectors.
  • Experience managing partnerships and building relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Experience monitoring program delivery against KPIs, timelines and budgets.
  • Experience with contract management, commissioning or grant‑funded programs.
  • Comfortable traveling regularly across mainland Europe.

Not Mission Critical – but for extra bonus points:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as public health, psychology, health promotion, sport management, social impact or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with sporting organisations or sport‑for‑development organisations.
  • Experience working within the non‑profit sectors.
  • Experience implementing mental health or wellbeing programs for young people or specifically men.
  • Understanding of implementation science or evidence translation approaches.
  • Experience managing programs across multiple countries or large geographical regions.

Hybrid Working: This role follows our wider UK hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 2 in‑office days per week.
