To support our mission, Movema is seeking a part-time Programme & Impact Manager. The preferred candidate should have excellent skills in coordinating projects and events, experience with fundraising, and a strong commitment to assessing, understanding, and reporting the impact of Movema’s work.

The Programme & Impact Manager is responsible for managing and developing key projects and activities in Liverpool, while leading the impact and evaluation, informing good practice across the whole organisation. This post will work closely with Movema’s Executive team and the Company Administrator to ensure the smooth and effective running of the charity’s programme.

The Programme & Impact Manager will share our values and support our mission to connect people and communities, helping nurture a safer and more understanding and tolerant society.

  • Annual Salary: £26,546 – £29,268 pro rata (based on 35 hrs week)
  • Annual Holiday: 22 days paid leave annually pro rata, plus Bank Holidays
