We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing MEP engineering team in Winchester.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Producing and developing accurate 2D CAD drawings and 3D Revit MEP models, including general arrangements, sections, detailed drawings, and schedules.
  • Working closely with MEP engineers and the wider design team to create coordinated, high-quality design solutions.
  • Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and external consultants to ensure seamless coordination across multidisciplinary projects.
  • Applying sound technical knowledge and attention to detail to produce clear, accurate, and compliant drawings and models.
  • Taking ownership of the quality of your work by carrying out thorough self-checks and reviewing drawings where required.
  • Following established document management procedures and quality assurance processes to maintain consistency across projects.
  • Delivering work to agreed project programmes, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior technicians and apprentices, helping to develop their technical and Revit capabilities.
  • Contributing ideas to improve workflows, standards, and the use of BIM and digital design technologies across the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a CAD/Revit Technician within an MEP or Building Services consultancy environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Auto CAD and Revit MEP.
  • Experience delivering UK building services projects across both new‑build and refurbishment sectors.
  • A good understanding of multidisciplinary MEP coordination and BIM workflows.
  • The ability to manage your workload effectively, prioritise tasks, and consistently meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work alongside internal teams and external consultants.
  • An understanding of current BIM standards and a willingness to contribute to best practice and continuous improvement.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering high‑quality design work.
