Workshop Supervisor Stafford
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead an engineering team supporting plant, MHE and HGV maintenance activity. The role is working days Monday-Friday
.You will coordinate work, support engineers, maintain quality standards and help ensure safe, efficient delivery across defence equipment assets
.What you’ll be doing
- Supervise, support and develop a team of engineers
- Plan and coordinate maintenance and activity
- Monitor productivity, quality and safety standards
- Complete inspections and quality checks
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues
.What we’re looking for
- Experience in plant, MHE, HGV or mechanical maintenance
- Previous supervisory experience in a workshop, service centre or engineering environment
- Mechanical engineering qualification, such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3
- Strong communication, organisation and people management skills
- Good understanding of health and safety
- Full UK driving licence
