We’re recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to join a secure, single-site facilities team, working on a long‑term, stable contract supporting essential services. This role is ideal if you’re looking for security, structure and long‑term development.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out a mix of planned and reactive plumbing work, helping to keep the site safe, compliant and fully operational.
- General plumbing repairs and maintenance.
- Working on mains water systems.
- Fault‑finding and repairing equipment.
- Inspections, water sampling and basic risk assessments.
- Identifying and reporting life‑expired equipment.
What we’re looking for:
- Practical, hands‑on plumbers who can work safely and confidently in a structured environment.
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
- Experience in plumbing maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Comfortable working in a commercial or similar environment.
