Renowned for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, educational, and infrastructure projects across the East Midlands, this is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant, forward-thinking organisation with a strong commitment to excellence.\\nYou will take responsibility for key construction engineering aspects of site projects, initially focusing on exciting new housing and commercial developments in the region. Working closely with the Site Manager, site teams, and the wider business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful and safe delivery of projects in a supportive and rewarding environment.\\nAbout the Role\\nAs Site Engineer, your responsibilities will include:\\n * \\n Construction Drawings: Reading, interpreting, and clearly communicating drawings on site, including layouts and material measurements.\\n * \\n Setting Out & Surveying: Ensuring accuracy by providing precise lines, levels, and reference points.\\n * \\n Programme Management: Working to the site programme, influencing progress, and ensuring deadlines are achieved.\\n * \\n Site Co-ordination: Managing subcontractors, materials, and sequencing of works to ensure smooth project delivery.\\n * \\n Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate site records, ITPs, as-built drawings, and environmental compliance documentation.\\n * \\n Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality (SHEQ): Ensuring all SHEQ requirements are adhered to throughout your project phase.\\n * \\n Building Talent & Relationships: Supporting and developing team members while building strong relationships with subcontractors.\\n * \\n Continued Professional Development: Keeping up to date with industry best practice and sharing knowledge with the wider team.\\n * \\n Policies & Procedures: Adhering to the Integrated Management System (IMS) and company policies.\\n * \\n Other Duties: Undertaking any other tasks commensurate with the role.\\nWhatโs on Offer\\n * \\n Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses\\n * \\n Company vehicle and fuel card\\n * \\n Private medical insurance, life assurance & employee assistance programme\\n * \\n Additional holidays and long-service awards\\n * \\n Marriage leave and enhanced family-friendly benefits\\n * \\n Career progression opportunities, training, and support for professional development and memberships\\n * \\n Social and team-building events\\nYour Knowledge, Experience & Skills\\nKnowledge:\\n * \\n Third-level qualification in Construction Engineering & Management or a related discipline\\nExperience:\\n * \\n Minimum 5 yearsโ experience as a Site Engineer on residential projects (commercial experience desirable)\\nSkills:\\n * \\n Strong numeracy and IT skills (MS Office packages)\\n * \\n Full, valid driving licence and relevant site cards\\nAbilities:\\n * \\n Deadline-driven with the ability to motivate teams to meet key targets\\n * \\n Proactive, able to use initiative, and take full ownership of projects from start to finish\\nMoveATech are managing this role
