We’re recruiting an Electrician on a permanent basis in Millom – due to the location driving is essential to access the location.
Hours (39 per week):
- Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Friday–Sunday: 08:00 – 16:00
- 1 in 3 weekends on a rota (paid at +15% of basic salary)
As Electrician you will be involved in:
- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault‑finding, minor works, testing & inspections (BS7671)
- Ensuring electrical systems are safe, compliant and operational
- Supporting wider FM duties, including occasional escorting
What you’ll need:
- Level 2 Electrical qualification
- 18th Edition (17th considered with upskilling)
- Strong H&S and PPM knowledge
- Experience working independently and at heights
- Knowledge of Electricity at Work Regulations
