This position is ideal for a graduate or junior engineer with an interest in control systems, automation, and industrial processes. You will be working alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, and maintain PLC-based control systems for a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, programming, and testing of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
  • Support engineers in troubleshooting and optimising control systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
  • Work on automation projects across multiple industries.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge or experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar).
  • A relevant engineering qualification (HNC, HND, or degree in Electrical, Control, or Automation Engineering).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role.
