Are you looking for a steady, long‑term plumbing role with regular hours, good pay and no travelling between sites?
Responsibilities- General plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Mains water supply repairs
- Fault finding and fixing issues first time
- Inspections, water sampling and basic risk assessments
- Identifying and replacing life‑expired equipment
This is a hands‑on trade role, not desk‑based, and you'll have the time and support to do the job properly.
Working Hours39 hours per week
Rota between: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 Friday to Sunday
1 in 3 weekends, paid with an additional 15% allowance
What you'll need- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating
- Experience in plumbing maintenance (commercial environment preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Legionella awareness (desirable, not essential)
- Able to work safely and follow procedures in a secure environment
