Move is seeking a Senior Talent Partner (Tech) for a 6 month project to lead end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Data, and Product for client teams. You will partner with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Product leaders to refine hiring approaches and ensure strategies translate into delivery.
Embedded within client squads, you’ll own hiring lifecycle, build talent pipelines, and maintain a high-quality candidate experience while leveraging data to improve velocity and outcomes.
