The Role: Why This Job Exists
As a Talent Partner, you’ll play a key role in scaling high-performing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for fast-growing tech companies. Embedded directly within client teams, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for revenue-critical roles, helping organisations grow quickly and sustainably. You’ll be supported by a squad of delivery specialists and talent experts, all working together to solve hiring challenges and accelerate business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process across Sales (SDRs, AEs), Marketing, and Customer Success roles
- Build and maintain pipelines of top GTM talent using sourcing tools and strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, interview processes, and hiring decisions
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and thoughtful feedback
- Use recruitment data to monitor progress, report on hiring outcomes, and suggest improvements
- Adapt to changing priorities and pace in high-growth, client-driven environments
What You’ll Bring
