About Us

We’re an embedded talent consultancy on a mission to evolve how businesses recruit. Our clients include some of the most innovative organisations in the world — from Google-backed unicorns to Fintech and SaaS scale-ups reshaping their industries. Our team spans the UK, Germany, Spain, South Africa, and Vietnam. We’re remote-first, globally minded, and deeply collaborative. We believe hiring should be human-centred, data-informed, and impact-driven — creating better outcomes for companies and candidates alike.

Why This Role Exists

As a Senior Talent Partner (G&A), you’ll play a critical role in building high-performing business teams that drive operational excellence across our clients’ organisations. Embedded directly within client teams, you’ll own full-cycle recruitment for roles across Finance, Strategy, Legal, People, Marketing, and Operations — helping leadership teams scale effectively through growth and change. You’ll partner closely with C-suite leaders, department heads, and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, define capabilities, and ensure recruitment aligns with business goals. You’ll need to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — balancing operational delivery with strategic influence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across G&A and central business functions — Finance, Legal, People, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations.
  • Partner with senior leaders (e.g. CFO, COO, CPO, and Chief of Staff) to scope roles, refine hiring processes, and align on capability requirements.
  • Build trusted relationships across departments — acting as both delivery partner and strategic advisor.
  • Develop and manage strong candidate pipelines across a variety of functional disciplines and seniority levels.
  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience through clear communication, thoughtful feedback, and authentic advocacy.
  • Use hiring data and insights to track performance, forecast needs, and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with your Move squad — sharing insights, optimising tools, and continuously improving how we deliver.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in high-growth, scale-up environments where change is the norm.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience hiring across multiple G&A functions — ideally within Fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth, fast-scaling companies.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and leadership structures across Finance, Legal, People, and Strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence at C-suite level.
  • Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where priorities evolve rapidly.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
  • Proven success managing competing priorities and multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Comfort operating both strategically and tactically — knowing when to advise, when to act, and how to balance both.
  • Ideally, a background in recruiting for Fintech or financial services organisations.
  • UK-based, with the ability to attend occasional client or team sessions in London.

What Success Looks Like

  • You consistently deliver strong hires across Finance, People, and Operations roles.
  • You build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence talent strategy at a high level.
  • You help clients navigate change and scale sustainably — improving process, visibility, and decision-making.
  • You embody Move’s values in every interaction — human, fast, and high-quality.
  • You contribute ideas, insights, and operational improvements that elevate how teams hire and collaborate.
