We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to assist in supporting customers in our Leisure Centres. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with activity booking and enrolment on the Centre’s courses either in person or over the telephone.
- Working as part of a team to ensure members and visitors are welcomed, and their needs understood in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
- Operating the public address systems, telephones & booking system.
- Ensuring reconciliation of payments is carried out when required.
- Driving positive change and promoting a proactive, customer-first culture.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints across multiple platforms with professionalism and care.
- Creating innovative ways to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
