Exciting opportunity to join a market leading agent, Move Residential as a Senior Sales Negotiator. Based in our busy Telegraph Road office working within our team of dedicated property professionals.
As a sales negotiator, you will be responsible for the whole property sales process, negotiating the best price for your client and ensuring that customers always receive an exceptional level of service.
We are looking for a performance driven sales professional who is used to exceeding weekly targets and KPI’s. You will proactively contact prospective vendors to arrange property viewings and valuations, along with upselling a range of additional services to your clients. You will deal with the full offer stage, negotiating price and dealing with all relevant parties seeing sales through to completion.
We are looking for candidate who possess the following skills and attributes:
•Exceptional sales and customer service skills
•Ability to work under pressure, experience within a target driven sales role
•Confident, professional and well presented
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Professional telephone manner

Basic Salary of £28,000 dependent on experience with commission structure of OTE £40,000
