We are hiring a Marketing Executive to support MOVE across content, socials, campaigns, creators, email, events, and brand growth. If you are a fresh graduate who is social-native, confident on camera, and excited at the prospects of gaining hands-on marketing experience in a fast-moving start-up, this is for you.

Every product is formulated with leading performance nutritionist Tom Coughlin and designed to deliver real results without unnecessary ingredients.
What you will do
- Create, edit, and post high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for product, education, and community-led socials content.
- Assist on paid social, including supporting with ad creatives, content creator briefs, and new content concepts.
- Support the planning and execution of launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Help deliver campaign assets across digital, social, email, and event touchpoints.
- Support email marketing, including brainstorming content ideas, drafting, scheduling, and using data to further optimise key email flows.
- Support with updating website content including landing pages, product pages, and campaign updates.
- Assist with community moments, events, and challenges, including planning support and on-the-day execution.
- Support print and offline marketing when needed, including event collateral, package inserts, and retail materials.
What we are looking for
- A recent graduate from any subject area. Marketing, communications or business studies are a bonus but not required.
- Experience supporting marketing for a brand or community.
- Social-native and deeply plugged into Instagram and TikTok trends/culture. If you already create content for other purposes, even better.
- You're a creative thinker who brings original ideas.
- Confident on camera and happy to be part of the content where relevant.
- Strong sense of what makes content engaging, modern, and on brand.
- Good written communication and an eye for detail.
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Interested in training, gym culture or sport. We're looking for someone that is familiar with and genuinely enjoys the space.
Nice to have, not essential
- Familiarity with Shopify, Canva, Klaviyo, Gempages, Buffer, CapCut or similar tools.
