The Integration Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining system integrations that enable seamless data flow across applications, platforms, and services. This role combines technical expertise, problem solving ability, and strong communications skills to deliver robust, scalable integration solutions that support the organisation’s operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities- Design & Development — Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions across enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and automation platforms. Build scalable and secure APIs, microservices, and data integrations. Develop integration components such as transformations, orchestration logic, workflows, and connectors.
- Systems & Data — Analyse data flows, schemas, and business processes to design efficient integration patterns. Perform data mapping, data transformation, and quality validation. Ensure integrations meet performance, reliability, and security standards.
- Maintenance & Support — Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise existing integrations. Identify and resolve integration bottlenecks, failures, and defects. Provide ongoing operational support and documentation. Work with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications. Participate in solution design workshops and architecture reviews. Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and integration best practices. Coordinate projects between customers, business development managers and the internal technology team.
- Proven experience developing integrations using APIs, web services, or middleware platforms.
- Strong proficiency in one or more integration tools or stacks (e.g., Azure Integration Services, Boomi, Logic Apps, etc.).
- Experience with Azure DevOps, change control and testing.
- Detail-oriented and methodical.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
