This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to step into a thriving organisation and help shape what it becomes next operationally, culturally and commercially. We are seeking a senior-level operator and leader who is excited by building, improving and evolving not simply maintaining what already exists. This role will play a key part in developing programmes, supporting staff performance and helping drive quality and consistency across the organisation.
Essential
- Proven experience in high-volume, multi-programme environments
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making ability
- Experience supporting, mentoring or developing staff performance and delivery standards
- Commercial awareness alongside passion for performing arts
- Recognised professional dance qualification
- Personal experience within performance and/or competition environments
- Ability to analyse performance, participation or operational data to support decision-making
Strongly Preferred
- Classical ballet training and qualification
- Experience working within competition-focused performing arts organisations
- Experience contributing to programme design, training delivery or organisational development
- Confidence using digital systems, booking platforms and data
