As a Talent Partner, you will scale high-performing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for fast-growing tech companies. Embedded directly within client teams, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for revenue-critical roles to support rapid, sustainable growth. You will be supported by a squad of delivery specialists and talent experts to address hiring challenges and accelerate client growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process across Sales (SDRs, AEs), Marketing, and Customer Success roles
- Build and maintain pipelines of top GTM talent using sourcing tools and strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, interview processes, and hiring decisions
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and thoughtful feedback
- Use recruitment data to monitor progress, report on hiring outcomes, and suggest improvements
- Adapt to changing priorities and pace in high-growth, client-driven environments
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting for Sales / GTM roles — ideally within SaaS or tech scale-ups
- Competence using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple roles across different clients
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and comfort with ambiguity
- UK-based, with the ability to join occasional meetings in London
