We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of prospects, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a track record of exceeding sales targets Job Title : AVP – Sales (New Business Development) Reporting To : SVP / VP of Sales Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities through outbound efforts such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, and attending industry events. Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and value propositions of the product or service. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies. Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline in CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and keeping track of prospects and opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments (e.g., Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to continuously improve sales strategies. Proven Experience: 12+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment with a strong focus on prospecting and new business acquisition. Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify new prospects, create opportunities, and drive sales conversations close. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas or targets. Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
