Core Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end reporting service, including production of executive and programme reporting packs aligned to governance cycles.
- Establish and enforce standardised reporting products, including consistent KPI definitions, RAG thresholds and integrated performance views across schedule, cost, risk and change.
- Lead the transition from decentralised reporting approaches to a centralised, service-based reporting model, reducing duplication and inconsistency.
- Act as the integration point between project controls disciplines, ensuring data coherence across planning, cost, risk and change functions.
- Define and maintain reporting data standards and structures aligned with Smart Core (e.g. WBS/CBS alignment, coding conventions, identifiers).
- Oversee the development of insight-led reporting, including structured narrative explaining performance drivers, trends and emerging risks.
- Ensure reporting reflects the true delivery position, reconciling discrepancies between systems, teams and interpretations.
- Drive automation of reporting pipelines and pack generation, reducing manual effort while maintaining control and auditability.
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders to ensure reporting outputs are fit for purpose in governance and decision forums.
- Build and lead a team of analysts, embedding both technical capability and project-controls awareness.
- Support the evolution of reporting toward predictive and AI-assisted insight, aligned with Digital PMO roadmap progression.
