Job Summary: Movar is seeking an Associate Director Data Analyst with extensive leadership experience in analytics and business intelligence. You will oversee analytical delivery across multiple client programmes, shape Movar's analytics strategy, and drive commercial growth through client relationships and business development. You will combine strategic oversight with deep technical expertise, ensuring Movar delivers exceptional analytical value whilst building a world-class analytics capability.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee analytical delivery across multiple high-value client engagements simultaneously.
  • Define and implement analytics strategy aligned with Movar's business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on data-driven decision making.
  • Drive business development through client engagement, proposal leadership, and capability demonstrations.
  • Establish analytics standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organisation.
  • Lead recruitment, development, and performance management of analytics professionals.
  • Shape the future of Movar's analytics offering, including AI-enhanced BI, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies.
