Independent Channel Manager is responsible for managing and growing the remote sales from independent businesses across the UK. The role manages a remote‑first model driving commercial performance, customer relationships, and execution for the Movado UK brand portfolio on a national level with the aim to maximise growth, unlock new distribution and optimisation margins as well as commercial terms in line with the broader national sales strategy. This role is based in our London office, 3 days a week.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver revenue, volume, and margin targets for the remote sales channel in line with the sales strategy
  • Own channel-level forecasting, pipeline visibility and performance reporting, providing monthly and quarterly insights to stakeholders
  • Analyse sell‑in and sell‑through data to identify risks, opportunities and corrective actions
