As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our digital marketing and e-commerce strategy across Europe, with additional oversight of selected Middle East channels.
With a strong focus on Amazon EU, you’ll bring together digital marketing, e-commerce, content, merchandising and performance insights to strengthen our online presence, engage customers and drive commercial growth.
You’ll own the digital marketing and e-commerce budget and work closely with internal teams and external partners to turn strategy into effective, measurable activity.

- Develop and deliver digital marketing and e-commerce strategies aligned with our brand and commercial objectives across Europe and selected Middle East markets.
- Own the annual digital marketing and e-commerce budget, including planning, allocation and in-year optimisation.
- Translate wider marketing and commercial plans into clear digital, media and marketplace priorities.
- Build strong partnerships
- Manage key relationships with Amazon advertising and retail stakeholders, including campaign planning and joint business discussions.
- Work closely with brand, product and regional teams to align priorities and ensure effective execution.
- Share performance results, insights and recommendations with senior stakeholders to support business decisions.
- Bring campaigns and content to life
- Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across key retail platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand presentation.
- Coordinate digital content and marketplace activations around launches, seasonal moments and key commercial opportunities.
- Connect paid and organic activity to maximise visibility, engagement and sales.
- Optimise our e-commerce presence
- Oversee marketplace content, product presentation and digital merchandising across key platforms.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, engaging, SEO-friendly and aligned with brand guidelines.

- What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, ideally within a consumer, fashion or retail environment.
- Experience developing and delivering digital strategies and managing significant annual budgets.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, including advertising, merchandising and retail performance.
- A good understanding of digital marketing, content and e-commerce merchandising.
- The ability to turn data and performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across teams and with external partners.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related subject is preferred.
